Warranty
A limited lifetime warranty covers the cabinet, heaters and controls for the original purchaser. If a part needs replacing, it is shipped to you under the warranty.
Shipping
Shipped by freight carrier from the Vital Health distribution warehouse, usually in two boxes strapped to a pallet and shrink-wrapped. Tracking is sent as soon as it ships.
Electrical
This model uses two standard 120 volt cords. The main cord needs a 20 amp circuit. Not sure about your wiring? Call and a specialist will walk you through it.
